Orders that reach us before 12:30 Italian time go out the same day with BRT, and orders before 14:30 go out the same day with Poste Italiane.

Nutritional supplements, cosmetics, pet supplies and general consumer goods. Storage is dry and at room temperature. We do not take dangerous goods, alcohol, fresh or frozen food, or large household appliances. Parcels go up to 25 kg, and no side can be longer than 120 cm. We do not handle goods that are bigger or heavier than this.
Yes. We pick by FEFO for all products, which means the stock that expires first leaves the warehouse first. This matters most for supplements and cosmetics, where your buyer expects a long date on the pack. Tell us before you ship, and we set it up in advance.
No special documents are needed, but we prefer a DDT, which is the Italian transport document, or a CMR to travel with your goods. If your products are fragile or liquid, they need to arrive already packed for sale. We then ship them in envelopes or boxes, and we can add bubble wrap if you ask for it.
