Amazon FBM orders can leave the warehouse until 4:00 pm, 2 hours after the standard carrier cut-off. That extra window covers most late afternoon orders.
Your stock sits in our Chorley warehouse in Lancashire: 30,000+ sq ft and 3,000+ pallet spaces, plus shelving for brands with a long product list. Storage is clean, dry and at normal warehouse temperature, with security monitoring, and your stock is ready to sell 24–48 hours after it arrives.
Orders that reach us before 2:00 pm (UK time) leave the same day, Monday to Friday, and some services and Amazon FBM orders run until 4:00 pm. We pack with cartons, mailing bags, bubble wrap, kraft paper and air cushions, and we can add gift messages, inserts or your own custom packaging.
Premium services reach mainland addresses the next working day, and economy services take 2–3 working days. We ship with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and DHL, and we also send parcels from Chorley to Ireland and mainland Europe.
Stock held in Chorley ships as a domestic parcel, so your buyers pay no import VAT or duty at the door. The managers who run your other WAPI accounts run your UK one too, and you write to them directly.

Yes, in 3 ways. We prepare your stock for FBA: we count it, check the quality, label it to Amazon’s rules and send it on. We also pick and ship your FBM and Prime orders ourselves, from the same shelves. And Amazon FBM orders have a later cut-off, up to 4:00 pm. Because everything sits in one place, you do not have to split your stock between a prep center and a fulfillment center.
Supplements and nutrition, cosmetics and personal care, pet products, homeware and gifts, consumer goods and small electronics, and promotional merchandise. Storage is clean, dry and at normal warehouse temperature. Parcels go up to 30 kg; anything bigger or heavier moves through pallet networks and freight. We do not take hazardous or toxic goods, alcohol, fresh or perishable food, firearms or controlled substances. Dry pantry goods and some other regulated products are reviewed one by one, and we may not be able to take them.
Yes. From Chorley we send parcels to Ireland and mainland Europe through courier and postal networks. Delivery time depends on the country and the service you pick, so ask us for the markets you sell in and we will confirm before you launch. If most of your orders come from the EU, it is usually cheaper to hold stock in one of our European warehouses as well.
Send an advance shipment notice and book your delivery in with the warehouse. Your goods should arrive clearly labeled and barcoded. If they come without barcodes, or if they need new labels, we can do that for an extra charge per item. Tell us in advance if your products need batch or expiry tracking, so we set it up before the first order.
