In Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Romania the courier collects the local currency; we convert it and still pay you in euros.

Supplements, cosmetics, pet products, everyday consumer goods and electronics. Storage is dry, at room temperature up to 25 °C, with low humidity. We do not take dangerous goods, alcohol, fresh or frozen food, large household appliances or oversized items. The weight limit per parcel depends on the courier: up to 31.5 kg with GLS, DHL and Slovak Parcel Service, 30 kg with Packeta and 40 kg with DPD. Bigger goods go on pallets instead of parcels.
Yes. Besides picking and packing, we relabel goods, add labels with ingredients or in the local language, put barcodes on items that arrive without one, and dispose of unsold or damaged stock. From September 2026 we can also track batch numbers and expiry dates and pick by FEFO, as a paid extra.
