In Slovakia, cash on delivery (dobierka) is a normal way to pay, here and in the markets around it. WAPI runs it from start to finish: the courier takes the cash, the money reaches WAPI in 3–5 days, and you get a weekly payout. Slovakia uses the euro, so nothing is converted on domestic orders.

Inside Slovakia, GLS and DPD deliver the next working day, both in Bratislava and in the regions. Slovak Parcel Service takes 1–2 days and Packeta takes 3 days. Abroad, Czechia and Austria take 2–3 days, Hungary 3 days, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and Slovenia 3–4 days, Bulgaria and Croatia 3–5, Romania 4–7 and Italy 7. Orders that arrive Mon–Fri before 12:00 (Bratislava time) go out the same day; for GLS, DHL and Slovak Parcel Service the cut-off is 13:00.
Slovakia first, and then 11 more markets: Czechia, Austria, Hungary, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Italy. All of them are in the EU, so parcels cross the border without a customs declaration. Delivery takes 2–3 days for Czechia and Austria, and up to 7 days for Italy. Everything ships from the same stock and the same contract.
Yes. GLS, DPD and Packeta carry cash on delivery (dobierka) from the Bratislava warehouse. Slovak Parcel Service carries it in Slovakia and Austria, and DHL in Germany. The courier takes payment at the door, the cash reaches WAPI in 3–5 days, and you get a weekly payout in EUR. Slovakia uses the euro, so domestic orders are never converted.
Supplements, cosmetics, pet products, everyday consumer goods and electronics. Storage is dry, at room temperature up to 25 °C, with low humidity. We do not take dangerous goods, alcohol, fresh or frozen food, large household appliances or oversized items. The weight limit per parcel depends on the courier: up to 31.5 kg with GLS, DHL and Slovak Parcel Service, 30 kg with Packeta and 40 kg with DPD. Bigger goods go on pallets instead of parcels.
Yes. Besides picking and packing, we relabel goods, add labels with ingredients or in the local language, put barcodes on items that arrive without one, and dispose of unsold or damaged stock. From September 2026 we can also track batch numbers and expiry dates and pick by FEFO, as a paid extra.
