Cross-docking is a logistics model where finished goods arrive at a facility already labeled and packed, and move out to the courier network the same or next day. No storage phase, no pick-and-pack. WAPI runs cross-docking for ecommerce brands that produce their goods in-house and want to ship across Europe. You use our facility and our courier contracts instead of building your own.
We deliver parcels to end customers in 24 European markets from our Polish hub. DPD PL is the main courier, and regional carriers handle the last mile. We also run a fulfillment warehouse in Poland if you later need storage.
