WAPI grew to a team of 23 people and established the operational routines that supported its early growth. The focus was on building repeatable warehouse processes and reliable delivery execution for its first clients.
WAPI built a network of 8 warehouses across Europe, expanding from a single-site operation into a multi-country fulfillment footprint. This step enabled faster last-mile delivery, broader market coverage, and laid the groundwork for cross-border logistics at scale.
WAPI completed its in-house software platform and formed a dedicated IT team, bringing core technology fully under its own control. In 2024, the company also opened its own facility in Slovakia (WAPI SK fulfillment), adding greater operational independence.
Today, WAPI operates 16+ warehouses across Europe and Mexico and supports a team of 60 people. Its network is built to package and ship 600,000 shipments per month, helping clients turn international growth into an efficient everyday routine.
