Cash on delivery is a normal way to pay in Romania, so most sellers offer it. Orders reach Bucharest, Cluj and Timișoara in 24 hours. Most other addresses in Romania take 24 to 48 hours. Bulgaria and Hungary take 2 to 3 days. Cut-off times depend on the site. At our large warehouse, orders inside Romania go out the same day if they arrive before 15:30, and orders abroad before 13:30. At the Giurgiu site the cut-off is 17:00 for Romanian couriers and 16:00 for Bulgarian couriers. All times are Romanian local time.

Before the parcel leaves Giurgiu, our team can call the buyer in Romanian, Bulgarian, Greek or Hungarian to confirm the order and check the address. That call means fewer parcels come back to the warehouse.
Nutritional supplements, cosmetics and personal care, pet supplies, general consumer goods and electronics. Storage is dry and indoor, and our large warehouse can also keep smaller volumes cold. We do not take dangerous goods, alcohol, fresh or frozen food, white goods, large appliances or clothing. Parcels go up to 30 kg at the large warehouse and up to 25 kg at Giurgiu, and size limits follow the courier you choose. Heavy or unusual goods travel on pallets, after we check them with you.
WAPI picks the site, and tells you which one before you ship. The choice depends on your products, your order volume and the markets you sell in. If you need cold storage for a small volume, your stock goes to the large warehouse. If you want our team to call your buyers before delivery, or you sell into Bulgaria, Giurgiu is usually the better fit. You can also ask us to look at both and explain the difference for your case.
It depends on the site, and we tell you which rules apply before your first delivery. Our large warehouse asks for no extra documents as standard. Giurgiu asks for a commercial invoice, a packing list, and a CMR or delivery note. For products with a chemical profile, add a safety data sheet (SDS). We also check the paperwork for your category when you start, especially for supplements, cosmetics, pet food and regulated electronics.
