The UK left the EU, so a parcel sent from Europe can reach your customer with an import charge to pay at the door. Stock held in Chorley ships as a domestic parcel. Your buyer pays the price on your website and nothing more.
4 things you get from day one, without adding a second vendor.
Parcels go out inside the UK, so there is no import VAT or duty to collect at the door. Fewer people refuse the parcel, and fewer people ask for a refund.
Premium services reach mainland addresses the next working day. Economy services take 2–3 working days and cost less.
We prepare and label your stock for FBA, and we pick and ship your FBM and Prime orders from the same shelves.
The managers who run your other WAPI accounts run your UK one too. You write to them directly and get an answer in 1 working day.
The warehouse is in Chorley, in the north west of England. Premium services reach mainland addresses the next working day. Economy services take 2–3 working days and cost less, so many brands offer both at checkout. We ship with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and DHL, plus specialist and pallet network partners. The Scottish Highlands, the islands and some remote postcodes take longer, and we tell you which postcodes before you launch.
The Chorley warehouse works with Amazon in 3 ways, from one pool of stock. You do not have to split your inventory between a prep center and a fulfillment center.
We take in your goods, check the quantity and the quality, label them to Amazon’s rules and send them on to FBA. See our UK prep service.
We pick, pack and ship your Amazon orders ourselves, to the delivery promise shown on your listing. Your stock stays in Chorley and you keep control of it.
Amazon FBM orders can leave the warehouse until 4:00 pm, 2 hours after the standard carrier cut-off. That extra window covers most late afternoon orders.
Vitamins, capsules, powders and sports nutrition. We record the batch and the expiry date on arrival, and we ship the batch that expires first (FEFO).
Skincare, makeup and personal care. Glass jars, pumps and droppers get extra protection in the pack, and we follow the same batch and expiry rules.
Pet supplements, pet food, treats and everyday pet care lines. Food and supplements go into the system with their batch and expiry date, and we ship the batch that expires first.
Home products, gift lines and seasonal ranges. We can add a gift message or a promotional insert to each parcel.
Everyday products, small electricals and promotional merchandise for UK and European buyers.
Ambient grocery lines with a long shelf life and no special storage needs. Send us the product details first, because we review food case by case.

FBA preparation, FBM and Prime orders all run from the same stock in Chorley, so you do not split your inventory between two providers.
We work most often with supplements, cosmetics, pet products, homeware and everyday consumer goods, and we pack each one the way it needs.

Yes, in 3 ways. We prepare your stock for FBA: we count it, check the quality, label it to Amazon’s rules and send it on. We also pick and ship your FBM and Prime orders ourselves, from the same shelves. And Amazon FBM orders have a later cut-off, up to 4:00 pm. Because everything sits in one place, you do not have to split your stock between a prep center and a fulfillment center.
Supplements and nutrition, cosmetics and personal care, pet products, homeware and gifts, consumer goods and small electronics, and promotional merchandise. Storage is clean, dry and at normal warehouse temperature. Parcels go up to 30 kg; anything bigger or heavier moves through pallet networks and freight. We do not take hazardous or toxic goods, alcohol, fresh or perishable food, firearms or controlled substances. Dry pantry goods and some other regulated products are reviewed one by one, and we may not be able to take them.
Yes. From Chorley we send parcels to Ireland and mainland Europe through courier and postal networks. Delivery time depends on the country and the service you pick, so ask us for the markets you sell in and we will confirm before you launch. If most of your orders come from the EU, it is usually cheaper to hold stock in one of our European warehouses as well.
Send an advance shipment notice and book your delivery in with the warehouse. Your goods should arrive clearly labeled and barcoded. If they come without barcodes, or if they need new labels, we can do that for an extra charge per item. Tell us in advance if your products need batch or expiry tracking, so we set it up before the first order.
