Denmark, France, Poland, Czechia and Switzerland take 2 to 3. The United Kingdom, Liechtenstein and Monaco take 3 to 4. Orders that reach us before 15:00 German time go out the same working day with DHL; for Austrian Post the cut-off is 11:30. We work Monday to Friday, and the longest we take to process an order is 24 hours.

Most of them are in the EU, so parcels cross the border without customs paperwork. Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom are outside the EU customs union, so those shipments need customs documents. Everything ships from the same stock, so you do not need a warehouse in every country.

We do not take dangerous goods, alcohol, fresh or frozen food, or large household appliances. Parcels go up to 31 kg, and size limits follow the courier you choose.
Yes. We track batch numbers and expiry dates and pick by FEFO, which means the stock that expires first leaves first. This runs on extra software, so it is charged on top of your normal fulfillment price. Tell us before you ship, and we set it up in advance. Picking accuracy across the 2 warehouses is 99.9%, and that is a measured figure, not a target.
Yes. We relabel goods and add barcodes to items that arrive without one. We pack fragile products with extra protection. We assemble subscription boxes, and we work with your own custom packaging. Send your stock with barcodes already on it where you can, because barcoding on arrival is charged per item.
