This Cookies Policy (hereinafter – Policy) describes the use of cookies on the WAPI OÜ, Reg no. 14699305, legal address: Kadaka tee 7, Mustamae linnaosa, Talinn, Harju maakond, 12915 Estonia (hereinafter – WAPI), Website www.wapi.ee (hereinafter – Website) and the way, the Visitors of the Website (hereinafter – the Visitor) may disable and remove such cookies.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION / USE OF COOKIES

1.1. The Website uses cookies to make the Website and services of WAPI better for the Visitors.

1.2. A cookie is a small text file that Website saves on the Device (computer, mobile device etc) of the Visitor when he/she is visiting the Website. It enables the Website to remember the actions and preferences of the Visitor (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time as set forth, so the Visitor does not have to keep re-entering them whenever he/she comes back to the Website or browse from one page of the Website to another and it help WAPI to proceed the statistics on the Visitors activities and use of the Website.

1.3. The cookies do not provide WAPI or any other party any information about the personality of the Visitor but allow WAPI Website to gather information about how the Visitor uses the Website. This helps WAPI better understand the interests of the Visitors and make the Website more convenient for them.

1.8. The Website uses Google inc, Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) internet analysis services Google Analytics, which uses “cookies”, helps WAPI to analyse the usage of the Website. The information generated by Google Analytics cookies about the use of the Websites, (standard website Journal information: connection/visit time, duration, Visitors’ IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google Inc.on its servers, which may also be located out of EEA and Estonia, e.g. in the United States.

Google Inc. will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the use of the Website and compiling reports on Website activity for WAPI. Google Inc. may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on behalf of Google Inc.

Google Inc. will not associate the IP address with any other data held by Google Inc.
Before transmitting the Visitor’s IP address to Google Analytics, it will be anonymized by deleting the last 80 octets of the Visitor IPv4 address and setting the last 80 bits of IPv6 addresses to zero.

1.10. Managing, controlling, deleting and declining Cookies The Visitor may control, manage or delete cookies on his/her Device. More information on aboutcookies.org. Visitor can delete all cookies that are already on his/her Device and set most browsers to prevent the Cookies from being placed.

1.11. When entering the Website, the Website will display a pop-up window with a message informing the Visitor about the use of cookies on the Website. The legal basis for the use of cookies (excluding necessary/essential cookies) is the Visitor’s consent that the Visitor gives to WAPI by clicking on the “I accept cookies”. In case the Visitor does not want to accept cookies, he/she must select the “I do not accept cookies” button in the window and delete the cookies in his/her browser.

1.12. However, Visitor may have to manually adjust some preferences every time Visitor visits a Website and some services and functionalities may not work.

1.14. WAPI may change this Policy at any time. When WAPI changes the Policy, WAPI shall post that changes on this page. The Visitor is responsible for reviewing this Policy from time to time to check for any changes. All changes are effective immediately when WAPI posted them.

1.15. This policy is the annex and essential part of the Privacy Policy of WAPI. This Policy is effective from the date of publishing The date the Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
